Frank and Mikey set off on a day of adventure around the city in pursuit of Mikey’s dreams; Debbie discovers a new way to make money in the midst of a strike; Lip leans on his new friend for parenting advice.
For Debbie, you do have to think that she saw this coming to some degree. Just think about it like this — she had a chance in order to get on board the union in the episode tonight. It was a way for her to take more authority in her future, but there’s a risk that comes with that. She could lose this job, and with that, her entire clothes-swapping opportunity could start to come to an end.
As for what’s going to be happening for Frank and Mikey, we imagine that there will be more antics — yet, we want to see a deepening of this relationship somehow. The comedy between these two guys has been superficial at best, but we do think that there’s a chance to see something more here.
We are still three episodes into the season and with that, we’re starting to get a good sense of what the show could look like. We do still miss Fiona, but we do think that there’s a chance for a lot of other characters to pick up some of the slack.
