The Blacklist season 7 episode 8 spoilers: Glen returns!
In this new video (which comes courtesy of The Wrap), you can see James Spader’s character doing whatever he can to find Orion Relocation Services, a group that will prove itself rather useful to the next couple of episodes, at least. His friend (presumably Ilya, a.k.a. Frank Bloom) is missing, and he will do whatever he can to find him. That means, of course, going to one of the best finders on his team — Glen, the magic master of the DMV and one of our favorite recurring members of Team Red.

Usually when Glen shows up, we get a lot of quirkiness. That’s mostly because Glen is a rather-quirky guy. This is someone who often babbles on and gets flustered with the blink of an eye. Sometimes, Reddington tolerates that; in this case, not so much. This is Reddington at his most threatening, as he makes it clear to Glen that if his actions lead to his friend getting killed, that means probably the end for him, as well. Glen looks genuinely afraid here as he’s reminded that despite all of the fun and games, this is in the end a business relationship that the two of them have.
Hopefully, Glen just does what Reddington asks of him and there is no reason to worry about his fate. While there are times when the DMV man can be a little over-the-top, he remains one of our favorite people within Red’s squad. There just aren’t a whole lot of characters out there quite like him, and we’d like him to be around through the end of this story.
