Magnum PI season 2 episode 9 sneak peek: Harry Brown’s in danger…

Want to get a good sense of the stakes leading into Magnum PI season 2 episode 9? Let’s just say that a good friend of Magnum’s will find himself in a rather-unfortunate situation.

In the sneak peek below from tomorrow’s episode, you can see Noelani give Magnum a call to deliver some rather-unfortunate news — Harry Brown has been shot. We have to imagine that soon after this, Magnum is going to do what he can to rush over and see that he is okay. What makes this situation a little more dire is that Harry got shot while working a case that Magnum passed over to him. He may carry a little bit of that guilt because of what happened — that should also make him all the more determined in order to ensure that there is closure for whatever transpires.

Hopefully, Harry pulls through — before we learn more about that, though, we have a feeling that we’ll see a lot of action and some of the signature stuff you’ve come to expect from Magnum PI.

As for what else is coming up in this episode, you’re going to have a chance in order to see TC working with Kumu with a very particular job: Protesting. The two are leading a charge against a construction that is being planned on a sacred Hawaiian site. This could be a powerful opportunity to celebrate Hawaiian culture, while at the same time also taking on some stories that are relevant to the real world. We know that there have been some similar stories that have played out in the headlines these past several months, including a protest that was attended by none other than Dwayne Johnson.

We can’t say whether or not any of these stories will last beyond this particular episode, but we do hope that they will produce a pretty fantastic hour of TV. It’ll have to be enough to tide you over, given that Magnum PI is not going to be on the air the day after Thanksgiving.
