Blue Bloods season 10 episode 8 sneak peek: Danny, Henry team up

Blue Bloods season 10

Friday night’s Blue Bloods season 10 episode 8 is going to feature some interesting stories all about family. Also, you’re going to have a chance in order to see Henry Reagan out on the case!

In the sneak peek, you can see Henry working alongside Danny to figure out what happened with a huge accused of being volatile towards his wife. Henry has found himself in the position of being an investigator for child services; why is that? As it turns out, former cops are in demand to help out here and there, and this is probably something that Henry is eager to do. While we’re sure that he enjoys his retirement, it’s hard to just pull that cop DNA out of you. Henry is always going to be who Henry is, someone who is intent on getting information and answers for just about every case that he possibly can.

What makes this particular one so complicated is that based on what Henry tells Danny here, he doesn’t necessarily think that the man is guilty … or at least as guilty as he may seem. He explains his circumstances, and it does feel as though things are a little bit more complicated than it at first seems when it comes to the amount of time the guy has spent behind bars.

Eventually, we would expect to see Danny and Henry at odds in this episode. Sure, this won’t be the only occasion in which we’ve seen such a thing happen, but it’s going to be especially notable here since it’s mostly in a professional capacity. The two have different approaches to their jobs. Not only that, but they’re each a part of different generations. We definitely feel as though this makes things a little bit more complicated than they would otherwise be.
