NCIS: Los Angeles season 11 episode 7 sneak peek: Deeks learns about gaming

NCIS: Los Angeles season 11 episode 7 is airing on CBS this weekend and during this hour, Marty Deeks has quite a bit that he is going to learn. Take, for example, just how much money online game-streamers can make.

In the sneak peek below, you can see Eric Christian Olsen’s character learn that a prominent gamer, one whose home is at the center of an upcoming case, makes upwards of eight figures for some of his skills. The moment that Deeks hears this, the more that he is questioning his career path. (The truth is here that everything referenced within this episode is based in a sort of fiction — the writers are not pulling crazy twists here out of thin air.

As for what is precisely coming up in this case that would link a gamer to it, let’s just say that there is a powerful drone that is somehow linked to the gamer’s big-time party that he is hosting.

What is Katherine Casillas doing here?

That is a part of what makes things interesting. For the second time in three weeks, you are going to have a chance to see Moon Bloodgood back on the show as the high-end insurance broker. As it turns out, she is responsible for insuring a lot of gamer Zane’s prized possessions, and all of a sudden the plot thickens … or does it?

The truth is, at the moment anyway, that we’re having a hard time knowing one way or another what Katherine is really up to within the  NCIS: Los Angeles world. It’s possible that we’re talking here about someone who just so happens to be coincidentally linked to a number of cases. Is she somehow involved in some shady stuff, though? That’s possible, just as it also is that she could end up becoming a love interest to either Sam or Callen. We don’t think that we’ve seen enough of Casillas at this point to wager any big guesses, but these are all things that should be on your radar somewhere.
