For anyone wondered, NCIS: New Orleans is not done when it comes to the story of one Christopher Lasalle. There is something more to be explored here, and it may involve having to look beyond Eddie Barrett as the one responsible for Lasalle’s death.
Yes, it is still very hard to even write out those words. We’re still less than three days removed from what may very well be the most shocking episode of the year. Yet, we’ll do our best to press onward, since the NCIS: New Orleans team is, as well. We know that they will stop at nothing in order to ensure that justice is served.
For a few more details all about NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 9 synopsis with some more news on what lies ahead:
“Convicted” – After Eddie Barrett (Eddie Cahill) provides an alibi witness, Pride and the team are more determined than ever to find a break in the case and avenge Lasalle’s murder, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Nov. 26 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Is Eddie fully out of the woods? We wouldn’t walk into this episode buying into that or anything else. We also have a hard time buying fully into the idea that NCIS: New Orleans is fully going to abandon Lasalle’s death even if the murder is avenged in this episode. This is one of those deaths that doesn’t go away — we’re talking about one of the most important characters on the show and by far one of the most popular. While work will continue for the folks within NCIS, they probably won’t treat the work the same way. This is the sort of event that will stick with everyone. We’ll see how things play out over the next several episodes.
