9-1-1 season 3 episode 8 spoilers: ‘Malfunction’ + Hen’s personal drama
Are there going to be some crises throughout the hour? You better believe that there will be! This is a show that loves to throw as much crazy stuff as possible at you, mostly in hopes that they will stand out down the road. This is an episode that will show you the rare ice performance in Los Angeles, plus also a warehouse robot choosing to do whatever it wants. In between this and a story all around a self-driving car, we have a feeling that this episode could be entitled “The Robot Revolution.”

Emergencies include a skating mishap at an ice show, an accident involving a self-driving car and a fulfillment warehouse robot going rogue. Meanwhile, Eddie’s after-hours fight club gets out-of-control and Hen struggles in her relationship with Karen in the all-new “Malfunction” episode of 9-1-1 airing Monday, Nov. 11 (8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Within this episode, we’re going to have a feeling that we’re going to be surprised … and also heartbroken. After all, we don’t want to see anything happen with Hen and Karen! There are a lot of things almost constantly going on within the world of 9-1-1 but, admittedly, we’re drawn to the ones that are personal. These relationships make each character stand out, and has us also rooting for them beyond the rigors of the job.
As we are getting closer and closer to the fall finale, there are some more surprises that the writers will throw at you. We wish that all of them could be good surprises … but we know this show too well. We know its habit of trying its best to stun you into either silence and/or screaming.
