Blue Bloods season 10 episode 7 spoilers: Peter Hermann returns!

Blue Bloods season 10

Want to have a good reason to be excited about Blue Bloods season 10 episode 7? If so, here it is — a chance to see more of Peter Hermann as Jack. This is something that we’re always going to welcome, mostly because we find him to be one of the show’s best recurring players. Also, whenever he turns up, you have to know he’s going to bring conflict. Maybe it will be tied in some way to his relationship with Erin … or maybe it will be tied to everything that is going on with his job.

For this particular episode (airing on November 8), it seems to be both — at least based on some of the information that we’ve got right now! If you want more, we suggest that you check out the full Blue Bloods season 10 episode 7 synopsis:

“Higher Standards” – Jamie and Frank oppose each other’s viewpoints over the public’s treatment of cops after rowdy teens pour water on two rookies. Also, Danny and Baez investigate a man who preys on the elderly, and Erin is forced to admit her wrongdoings when Jack (Peter Hermann) brings her an old case and claims a man she put away was falsely convicted, on BLUE BLOODS, Friday, Nov. 8 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

There’s obviously going to be a lot of stuff coming up in this episode, but what makes the storyline with Frank and Jamie so fascinating to us is that these are the two characters who you would think would have the fewest disagreements on policework — they carry with them a number of ideological similarities and we’ve seen some of those play out in a number of different ways already. Yet, you could also argue that they are both strong-willed so when they do disagree, they disagree in a pretty heated fashion.
