Poldark season 5 episode 4 spoilers (PBS): Who’s getting good news?

What do you want to see what’s coming on Poldark season 5 episode 4? PBS is bringing another big episode to the air next week! Granted, you could claim that every episode at this point is a big one for this show, given everything that we’ve got going on and also just how high the stakes are. Ross has spent a lot of time working this season in order to care for his old friend Ned Despard, but we do hope that at some point, he’s going to be spending a little bit more time trying to find a way to think a little bit more about himself.

Interested in a few specifics? Then be sure to check out the Poldark season 5 episode 4 synopsis below:

Ross receives hopeful news and Dwight gains unexpected patients. Morwenna keeps a secret from Drake, and Geoffrey Charles and Cecily discover the devastating truth of Ralph and Cary’s plan.

One of the stories that we’d watch out for the most in this episode is that of Morwenna, who is facing some big elements of her past that you can’t be shocked that the series is exploring. What Poldark is trying to do through the final season is offer you some echoes of everything that the series took on before … and then also some teases of what is coming for some characters within the Winston Graham books.

Meanwhile, for Geoffrey Charles, we do think that his series will be of increased interest over time. Think about it this way — he is almost a proto-Poldark in a lot of ways. His story will have some echoes of the early days of the show, and it stands as a testament to just how far the story has come since the early days. It’s okay to feel a little nostalgic on all things Poldark — after all, we’re going to miss this series very much when it goes off the air.
