NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 4 spoilers: Finding Lasalle’s brother

Entering NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 4 on CBS next week, Christopher Lasalle is going to find himself tackling a personal mission. How personal are we talking about? A lot of it is going to be seeing what’s going on  when it comes to his brother Cade. We know that he’s missing out there, and that Lucas Black’s character is going to everything that he can in order to help him.

Unfortunately, we don’t know that he’s going to be so lucky in order to find him. There hasn’t been any confirmation that Clayne Crawford is going to be returning to the show, but it’s something that still feels possible … provided, of course, that Lasalle actually finds him.

Below, CarterMatt has the official NCIS: New Orleans season 6 episode 4 synopsis with some other information as to what’s coming:

“Overlooked” – The NCIS team uncovers a sinister plot by a private detention center contracted by the government to house undocumented immigrants. Also, Lasalle and Sebastian travel to Alabama to search for Lasalle’s missing brother, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Oct. 15 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The Lasalle storyline is the one part of this story that could have long-term implications, but it’s not going to be the only part that matters. Take, for example, seeing what is going on when it comes to the detention center within this episode. We’re hoping that there is an opportunity in here to explore some issues that are generating headlines when it comes to detention centers and undocumented immigrants. What the show has to figure out how to do here is balance out this story in a way that feels deeply nuanced and complex, while still within the tone of this show. That’s not going to be an easy thing for them to do.

As a whole, though, we’re glad that there is going to be a chance to see some supporting characters get a piece of the spotlight. This is something that we’re hoping that we will continue to see a good bit more of over the next few weeks.
