Succession season 2 episode 9 preview: A testimony before Congress

We know that this weird, dysfunctional family has found himself in all sorts of painful positions, and also faced off against a number of different business titans.

No matter what happens on Succession next week, rest assured that the events of this are going to bleed directly over to the finale. That feels like an easy assumption to make, but it could be even more significant when it comes to this particular series. Week in and week out, we see a lot of these characters walk a thin line. There are reputations that are constantly at stake here with this show, especially for one Logan Roy, and we imagine that those will continue to be pivotal as we get closer and closer to the finale.

What we’re hoping for, more than anything else, next week is an intense episode with a few different surprises … and also moments of some biting political satire. Given that this is what happens with the show the rest of the time with business, why not venture into the political world from here?
