‘Homeland’ season 2 spoilers: Episode 5 dish on Carrie, Brody, Dana
What’s the good news when it comes to Sunday night’s new episode of “Homeland”? That you are going to see all sorts of great entertainment when it comes to Carrie, Brody, and some of the other characters. As for the bad news, however, it’s probably not all going to come to the benefit of these characters.
According to a brand-new report that is coming out now via TVLine, there are going to be a series of major scenes that are going to be happening during Sunday night’s new episode that will have you talking (and gasping) to your friends for quite a while. First and foremost, we have to put some of the focus on an epic 15-minute scene between Damian Lewis and Claire Danes’ characters that will probably have you clamoring for them to get some more love from the Emmys next year. In addition to that, we will also have some scenes between Dana and the son of the Vice-President that do add some more layers to their relationship … but not necessarily in a good way.
While it may seem strange to say, we are almost as intrigued about the latter storyline as we are with the former. Why? With it, you really don’t have any indication as to where it is going, but you do know that there is no way the writers and producers would be including it if it was meant to be mere story filler. There will eventually be a payoff here, and the only question that remains is whether or not it will be fulfilling, frightening, or something else entirely. When it comes to Brody and Carrie, it’s really rather clear that it’s not going to end well regardless of what happens.
What story are you the most invested in at the moment, one of the ones listed above, or Jess and Brody’s relationship?
