Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Trouble for Holly, Jackson ahead? (day 70)

Holly Allen

The houseguests are still starting to get up and at ’em today in the Big Brother 21 house, but there are also a few other conversations happening at the same exact time.

Take, for example, some related to the vote. Following the Veto Ceremony, Nick and Christie remain on the block and the feeling for Holly and Jackson is that Nick is the right person to get out. They feel more comfortable doing that, and think that it’s the best move that keeps them insulated in the game moving forward … or is it?

Well, as it turns out, not so much. Earlier today, Christie told Tommy that she’d have no issue putting up Jackson and Holly. We think that the game’s remaining showmance probably thinks that they still have a deal-of-sorts with Christie and she would just go after someone else … but that may not happen. If you remember back to the “deal” that Christie made with Jackson and Holly during Jackson’s HoH week, the idea was that they could go far and that she’d be happy finishing in around fifth place to them. Yet, she seems to think that because Holly mentioned to Christie that she might use her as a pawn this week, the deal is basically done … even if it was actually Nick who nominated her via America’s Prankster.

If Christie does win HoH and nominates Jackson/Holly, you better believe that the two of them are going to be pretty bitter about this after the fact. In general, Jackson and Holly just need to recognize that other than maybe Cliff and Nicole, everyone in the game is more or less against them at this point because they’re enormous threats. If they save Nick, maybe they can buy a single week’s worth of loyalty out of him and that’s the best that they can really hope for.

If you haven’t seen our daily live feed video updates (check out the latest below, and subscribe to CarterMatt on YouTube so you don’t miss out and view our playlist for more), you should also know that the houseguests were tormented overnight by clowns who populated some of the two-way mirrors — spooking many players. Maybe this is for a competition, but it seems unlikely given that not everyone sees the same clowns and it would be hard to create a level playing field. It’s possible that this is cross-promotion for a new IT movie, but does production want to promote an R-rated horror movie to a CBS family audience?
