Bachelor in Paradise 2019 premiere: Who wants to date Hannah Godwin?

As we prepare for the Bachelor in Paradise 2019 premiere on ABC Monday night, it’s clear Hannah Godwin (pictured above with Chris Harrison) will be popular. It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone why. We are talking here about someone who made it very far on Colton Underwood’s season, was well-liked by the public, and also has a million followers on Instagram. It’s probably well-known at this point that these are all parts of the Bachelor in Paradise equation.

For Wills in the sneak peek below for tomorrow’s episode, his interest is more about Hannah’s appearance (he thinks she is one of the most attractive contestants ever on the show) and also her personality. He wants to have a conversation with her from the start, and he has a few different things that he needs to hear from her. He comes into the episode tomorrow ready to have these discussions … but not knowing, at the same time, that someone else is already beating him to the punch. Unfortunate, no?

The way that Bachelor in Paradise edits this sequence with wills together is quite funny, especially since we know that it’s probably not 100% accurate of what was actually going down in real time. No reality show manipulates the editing process like this one, and it’s mostly for comedic effect. Other than the moments where there is serious romance or intense drama going down, there are a lot of Bachelor in Paradise segments that feel almost as though they could come right out of a sitcom. Watching Wills think that he has a chance with Hannah, only for Hannah to spend a lot of time elsewhere, feels about right in the show’s comedic vein.

We’ll see where some of these relationships go when Bachelor in Paradise premieres tomorrow night. Knowing this show, there are probably other prospective pairings for Hannah and Wills both before their time comes to a close.
