Stephanie Pratt leaving The Hills: New Beginnings before season 2
In a new post on Instagram, Stephanie Pratt unloaded on the show and most of its cast for their behavior over the past several months. It’s obvious that she is unhappy with the majority of what transpired through filming the past batch of episodes, and she also made it clear in a response to one fan that she would not be returning.
Will the show miss her? In terms of having a familiar face for nostalgic purposes, sure — and the same goes for her diehard fans. The thing about a show like this is that everyone has their cast members that they watch for — if you like Audrina Patridge or Heidi Montag, for example, you’ll stick around. If you were watching only for Stephanie, maybe you’ll end up leaving.
It’s also possible that The Hills: New Beginnings will end up bringing on board another cast member for the upcoming second season. That’s something that they did before season 2 with Mischa Barton and they could certainly do it again. We’re not sure that any former The Hills cast members who bailed on season 1, though, are going to want to suddenly come on board. (Apologies to all Lauren Conrad fans.)
