Elementary season 7 episode 10 preview: A look at ‘The Latest Model’

Excited to see what’s coming on Elementary season 7 episode 10? For starters, the story of Odin Reichenbach is starting to heat up! That is, if it wasn’t hot enough already. This is an hour that will start to accelerate things and raise some more questions. Take, for example, what Odin is up to when he asks to collaborate with Holmes and Watson. Is he intentionally trying to get on their good side, knowing that he wants to use them for something more down the road? It’s possible, but it’s also possible that he just wants some of the investigations into him to start to fade into the background. Getting Sherlock and Joan on his side is a good way to do that.

Here’s the issue — Sherlock and Joan aren’t the sort to be duped so easily. If Odin really thinks that he is going to be able to pull something of either one of them, he’s got another thing coming.

“The Latest Model” – Holmes and Watson receive a shocking request to collaborate from their foe, Odin Reichenbach, when the tech billionaire asks them to test his new crime prevention system. Tasked with investigating someone the program predicts will soon commit a crime, the duo worries Odin will take drastic action before they conclude their inquiry, on ELEMENTARY, Thursday, July 25 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

This episode is going to be crazy, and it really needs to be given where we are at this point in the season. We’re closing in on the home stretch! What that means is that we’re going to have an opportunity to explore some new territory and see how Sherlock and Joan want to define their legacy. Elementary knows that it is in the midst of its final season at the moment and because of that, the tension has to ramp up before it starts to walk its way into the sunset.

Of course, our hope is that Sherlock and Joan find a way to stop Odin once and for all so that he can’t continue to execute his own version of vigilante justicee.
