Big Brother 21 live feed spoilers: Who won the Power of Veto?

Big Brother

Who won the Power of Veto in the Big Brother 21 house? Today marked the first competition of the season, and it’s one that has a big ripple effect.

Going into the competition this afternoon, we knew who the Veto Players were — head of household Christie, the nominees in Cliff and Kathryn, and then also Sam, Nicole, and Jack. We got the sense that everyone involved was going to use it — the idea was to save Cliff if the opportunity called for it. The replacement nominee would be Kemi, who has been targeted from the moment that the live feeds first came on last night. Why? Reports are that she was running around and causing people to be paranoid shortly after Christie won Head of Household — she’s struggled to fit in with the rest of the house and it seemed almost from the start that no one got her sense of humor.

We can now tell you that Sam is your Power of Veto winner! This means that Cliff will, probably, be coming off the block. That’s what Sam wants, but he says that he will respect the wishes of the Head of Household. Christie will let Sam do what he wants here because she recognizes that there is a larger goal for this week.

What could come after the Power of Veto Ceremony?

If you are a Kemi fan, it’s probably best that we do see Kathyrn stay on the block. Cliff’s well-liked by most everyone in the game and he would stay over her without a doubt; with Kathryn, things are a little more touch-and-go. Kathryn is close to Jackson and you gotta wonder if she would be perceived as a bigger threat long-term to take him away from that big alliance of eight that is running the game (Jackson, Analyse, Tommy, Holly, Isabella, Jack, Nick, and Christie). We would be more inclined to actually target her since she is the much bigger threat long-term than someone who has almost no one and doesn’t appear to have a good social game to go along with it.

The Power of Veto Ceremony will come together in the days ahead, but we should know about the official plans long beforehand.
