ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 spoilers: What’s next for Conrad and Victoria?

“Revenge” is a show that is consistently full of surprises, and it looks as though you can expect that all over again based on what we are going to see moving forward from both Victoria and Conrad Grayson.

If you look back at the end of last season, it was pretty clear that these two were willing to do just anything to rid themselves of the other; as a matter of fact, Conrad was really even willing to send Victoria to her death in a plane crash that she managed to escape from at the last minute. However, things can change on this show in the blink of an eye, and we have even further evidence of this courtesy of a quote from showrunner Mike Kelley to E! News, where he suggests that these two characters may actually end up working together this season so that they can take down some sort of mutual threat:

 “I think that a really satisfying and unexpected turn is how this affects Conrad and Victoria’s relationship … They are going to find themselves needing each other once again and we are going to understand why that relationship worked at one time.”

With this quote in mind, we can now add the relationships within the Grayson family as one of the show’s great mysteries, even if it is not on the same level just yet as the tease set up at the start of this season involving the boat. We have a feeling that this good will at some point will have an expiration date, though, and we are waiting patiently for the thrill that is going to come along when that happens.
