Magnum PI episode 15 sneak peek: Where is Magnum?
For more on that, take a look at the sneak peek below, as you can see in here that Rick, TC, and Higgins are all very much confused as to his whereabouts. They were expecting him almost any minute, and that’s when Rick gets a rather concerning phone call that the signature red Ferrari was found, still running, on the side of the road. This suggests that something very bad happened to Jay Hernandez’s character.
As for where the story goes from here, it’s fair to assume that Jordana Brewster’s character of Hannah is somehow involved. She has a lengthy history with Magnum, including betraying him and getting him into a dangerous situation when he was a part of active duty. Odds are, she’s responsible for kidnapping Magnum and putting him in a precarious position now. While we do know that Thomas is more than capable of getting himself out of a bind — he’s certainly done it before — this is an occasion where he could still use a little bit of help. It’s the only way in which to ensure that he’s found okay, and that Hannah doesn’t just get whatever she wants.
Given how much we’ve seen Brewster play characters with complicated morality in the past, this should be a fascinating role for her and one we’re excited to see the show explore. While we know that she’s capable of some pretty-bad stuff, Magnum’s past connection to her is going to have tough for him to ignore. It does, at least to a certain extent, define a good bit of who he is and what’s happened to him. It’s hard to just turn off the romantic history here entirely, even when things are rough and rocky.
As we said, that’s why Magnum is probably gonna need a little help from his friends throughout this episode.
