Blue Bloods season 9 episode 15 video: One more Donnie Wahlberg scene

Blue Bloods season 9

Blue Bloods season 9 episode 15 is arriving on CBS come Friday night, but before we get around to it, we’ve got another sneak peek for what’s coming!

So what’s at the center of this one? Think along the lines of one Danny Reagan, as he is continuing to do just about everything that he can to recover from a shooting he was involved in. As you check out in the sneak peek, Danny is going to be doing what he can in this episode to recover from this act, which first came about via self-defense. A young man was charging at him with a knife and because of that, he had to do virtually whatever he could in order to ensure his personal survival.

The new sneak peek is mostly about one thing more so than any other: Trying to sift through the aftermath. Erin and Danny are scene in this scene, and Bridget Moynahan’s character is doing what she can to console him.

So what makes this case different than some other shootings that Danny is involved in? This is a pretty good question, mostly because of the fact that he has been involved in a number of life-and-death situations before. The only thing that makes this one particularly different is the simple fact that this kid has parents, a family, and we think being confronted with that family’s grief is something that he is struggling with. He understands what it means to be suffering from losing someone who he holds dear, and it doesn’t matter if you are talking here about the likes of Joe, Linda, or some of the other pain that he has experienced in his life before.

Is there hope for Danny to recover?

We think so — this is going to be a low point for him, but the more that this story goes along, the more that we think we’ll get closer and closer to him finding a little bit of peace. There is no group better qualified to help him than the Reagans.
