‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’: Reunion scoop from Lauren Manzo

We knew that “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion was intense based on the first part of it that aired on Sunday night, where there was a great bit yelling, but very little actually got accomplished save for what we already knew about when it came to some of these ladies.

So what does someone who had a first-hand look at all of the drama have to say about what went down? Speaking to Us Weekly, Lauren Manzo, who has a brief moment during the reunion alongside her mother Caroline where she showed off her recent weight loss, explained that there was everything from shouting to medication going on over the course of the day:

“Xanax was being passed around like candy … There was so much yelling, [host] Andy [Cohen] was shouting at everybody to be quiet!”

The crazy part of all of this may be that the worst of the reunion is yet to come, as we are set to see during the next part of the reunion show some pretty tense claims from Jacqueline Laurita about the state of Teresa Giudice’s marriage to Joe, especially when it come to whether or not she caught him cheating in his office. Thus far, Teresa has stood by her husband despite many of his mistakes, but there is no evidence of this indiscretion actually happening. All we know is that Teresa has said that she will leave him if there are more horrible moments like what we saw in Napa Valley earlier this season. Expect the word “family” to be bandied about a little bit more, and for there to be more screaming than ever.
