‘Hart of Dixie’ season 2: Check out the new poster!

The CW’s fall season is almost entirely under way, and there is one show that is looking to lead the pack on Tuesday night: “Hart of Dixie.” This is the only series that debuted last year to still be around, and it is coming on a night now where it will be eventually joined by another medical show in “Emily Owens, M.D.”

So why not share a new poster to celebrate the show’s return? The has released the new image below to commemorate the occasion, and it does highlight one thing above all else: the upcoming love triangle between George, Zoe, and Wade playing out on a whole new level. The car is certainly appropriate for the show’s Alabama setting, even though the outfits are more or less splitting images of what we saw from the show back in season 1. We have to admit, though, that the cloud formation is pretty darn cool.

Really, the best way to think about “Hart of Dixie” is really as the underdog. It’s on up against the likes of “The Voice,” “NCIS,” and “Dancing with the Stars,” and it also is not even in the top 3 shows on The CW when it comes to the amount of promotion given to it. Then again, it also survived last year, and we are pretty sure that it did not really receive much in the way of promotion then, either.
