Is Last Man Standing new tonight on Fox? We know that this is something that many people may want, especially since the comedy has become a good source of laughs for so many people out there.

Unfortunately, you’re going to be waiting for a little while still in order to see the Tim Allen series officially back in action. There will be no new episode tonight, mostly due to the fact that the Fox show wants to hold onto some stuff for a little while longer. February sweeps are coming and because of that, it makes more sense for networks to have as many new episodes of their programs on the air as possible during that particular span of time. That just means that you’re going to have a few breaks here and there leading up to it.

As for what we are expecting to see when the show does come back, at the top of the list is a little bit more of foreign exchange student Jen. We reported earlier that Krista Marie Yu has been promoted to series regular, meaning that Fox is planning to utilize this character more moving into the future. We do think that you’ll see all of the major characters on the show venture outside of their element in one form or another. Take, for example, when the show returns with “Cabin Pressure,” airing on February 1. You’re going to see many members of the Baxter family head to a cabin in the hopes of building some bonds, and Mike’s going to want them to step away from their phones and technology while they are there. Whether or not they want to do that however, remains to be seen.

There should be some more episodes airing at some point in February, so we’ll have some more updates on those the moment we have more to report. Fox is keeping some details close to the vest about upcoming episodes, but remember that we’re at the halfway point of season 7. There is so much more still to come and hopefully a season 8 renewal is going to be a part of that.
