The Masked Singer video: New Deer, Lion, and Unicorn clues

As we get closer to tonight’s new episode of The Masked Singer, Fox has unveiled the latest Deer, Lion, and Unicorn clues! These three are among the people performing on the show tonight, and hopefully we’ll get some great performances — we really care about that at this point more than we do finding out who they are a little bit early.

Let’s take a further look now at some of these clues and what they mean.

The Lion – Apparently, she’s into some sort of construction? She’s building something in this sneak preview — it looks like it may be a wine rack! The Lion may have a specific taste for the vino judging from this and this alone.

The Unicorn – We see what amounts here to a number of different positive affirmations about herself — apparently, the Unicorn wants to use some of these to inspire herself. There are certainly theories out there that this could be Tori Spelling, as she posted affirmations about herself on social media before.

The Deer – Apparently, the Deer has suffered some sort of neck injury in the past … and also has a beard? What’s interesting here is that we don’t know what’s really meant to be the clue — the neck brace or the beard. We know already that he is some sort of either present or past NFL player and they seem to be pretty built.

The Monster and the Peacock are also going to be returning tonight, but there aren’t any further clues for them in this preview. We’re entering an interesting part of this season tonight, given the fact that there are no new costumed characters we’re going to meet — it’s more now about just seeing the performances and getting a chance to learn a little bit more about who some of these people are. We do think, given that this is the internet age, that most of these people we’ll be figured out by the finale. Yet, there are at least still some we’re fairly clueless on — think in terms of the Poodle, the Lion, and the Alien. It feels like some of the men are a little bit easier to peg than the women.
