In just under eight hours, as of this writing, Outlander season 4 episode 10 is going to come on the air; with that, there are many expectations that we’ve got.

We know that most of the conversation out there has been about what will happen to Roger, and really understandably so. How could that not be the primary subject of conversation after what we saw at the end of this past episode? We’re sure that there will be some time spent unraveling the misunderstanding that came about because of Lizzie (pictured above with Brianna and Ian).
Yet, there is also another important decision that needs to be made in this episode — what Brianna wants to do when it comes to her unborn baby. This is something that Claire discusses with her in the preview for this episode, noting that they may need to make a decision on it quickly in order to ensure her health. We cannot even imagine what it is like for Brianna to be in this position, as there are so many different things that she may have to weigh. One of them may revolve around her wanting to have a conversation with Roger about it, but unfortunately not having the means to do so given the current circumstances. She luckily does have a strong support group around her and that may help to make her decision a little bit easier.
Other expectations for this episode
We know from the photos that there will be a sizable Native American presence within this episode, but our question remains fairly simple with them: What role do they have in the story? There wasn’t much connective tissue with them from this past episode, so either their conflict is somewhat new or connected to season 4 episode 9 in a surprising way. Given some of the casting notices that were out there for extras near the end of season 4 production, we know that we’re gearing up for something big with Native Americans at around the time of the finale. This could be something that brings us closer to that.
There are also some other storylines that cannot be forgotten as of yet, either, including Murtagh, the Regulators, and the government. This seems to be something that Outlander and the producers are slow-playing at the moment, but there’s only so long that this will be bubbling underneath the surface.
