Blindspot season 4 episode 10 spoilers: The story of ‘The Big Reveal’

Blindspot season 4

Blindspot season 4 episode 10 is carrying with it the title of “The Big Reveal,” and we don’t think that you name an episode that unless you have some exciting plans. This could be an episode that pushes forward the story in a major way, or at least inches us closer to having the Jane Doe we know and love back in action.

For some evidence of that very thing, let’s go ahead and share the official Blindspot season 4 episode 10 synopsis below:

01/18/2019 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Friday) : Reade (Rob Brown) confronts Zapata (Audrey Esparza), while the team follows a lead to a potential cure for Jane (Jaimie Alexander). Also starring Sullivan Stapleton as Kurt Weller, Ashley Johnson as Patterson and Ennis Esmer as Rich DotCom. Guest starring Chad Donella as Jake Keaton, Britne Oldford as Claudia, Jen Richards as Sabrina Larren, Patricia Richardson as Dr. Nora Lee Roga, Allen McCullough as Christian Kearns and Evan Todd as Clay Roga.

Should we take this as a sign that Jane is back in some way rather than Remi? We don’t want to start sounding any alarms, but we’re at least moderately encouraged … with a major caveat in that it still doesn’t sound like she is doing okay even if she is closer to being her old self again. It could prove to be rather difficult to bring her closer to her former self.

As for what else matters here…

It’s been pretty clear for a while that we were gearing up for something big for Reade and Zapata, with the end of the fall finale being further proof of this. If that episode was meant to set the table for some of the story that is coming up for these characters, maybe we are at the point now where we are getting the actual meal. That’s something that we both welcome and embrace at that point, given that we are in the process of at least trying to get most of the show’s major characters all on the same page with each other, difficult as it may be proving to be.

One last sidebar

Does anyone else really like the idea of Blindspot actually airing on the same exact night as The Blacklist? We actually think that there is something quite delightful about these two shows sharing a night together — there is a part of our brain that likes to imagine these colorful characters in the same world together, even if it never happens.
