NCIS season 16 episode 10 video: The last case before the holidays!

The case at the heart of this hour is going to be, at least on the surface, a fairly interesting one. At the center of this episode is a missing baby and it’s going to be up to the NCIS team as a whole in order to locate a parent or someone to care for them. Along the way, though, there is going to be a lot of babysitting going on and it seems as though all of the team members are going to take some turns in looking after them. (Well, everyone except for Gibbs, who seems to be down for doing some other stuff instead — basically anything other than tending to this baby.)
For those who do love the typical NCIS murder investigation, have no fear — this is also going to be a part of the story, as well. This is an hour that will work to accomplish a wide array of different goals, while also getting you ready to enjoy the holiday season at the same time. NCIS has a pretty fond tradition of telling good holiday stories, one that find a way to inject a heck of a lot of meaning into them amidst some of the typical stuff that you’ve come to know and love. This show features characters who do understand the holiday season and the meaning of Christmas –with their jobs they almost constantly find a way to give to others in need. While they get a paycheck for it, this is not the sort of job that everyone would particularly want to take on. It is one that requires a lot of dedication and a desire to make the world a better place.
Perhaps the best thing at the moment here, though, is knowing that we’re likely not at the end of the road yet for this show; we imagine, based on the ratings first and foremost, that there are going to be some more NCIS holiday episodes coming a little bit down the pipeline. (We should know the renewal status of NCIS by the time we get around to the spring — fingers crossed on that.)
