Is A Million Little Things new tonight on ABC? We’ve had a good run of episodes for the past several weeks, but alas, all things must come to a close.
There is no new installment coming on the network right now, and the biggest reason for that is simply that the CMA Awards are on the air. Given that this is a new show, it’s possible that there are some viewers who may not be altogether familiar with this at the moment. It’s an annual tradition for ABC and it is something that will happen once more in the event that the series is renewed.
Well, here’s the bad news — the show isn’t coming back on next week, either. Next week, the series is off the air, seemingly because it is the day before Thanksgiving and nobody wants to program on that date. It’s basically the sort of thing that just causes constant problems since there are so many viewers who are off doing other things. It helps the show in the long-term for it not to air on that night. Yet, at the same time it may hurt in the short-term. Having a show this new off of the air for two weeks is not an easy thing for anyone to deal with.
Yet, the show is coming back to the air on November 28, which means that there will be a chance to dive deep into these characters and their journeys once more. We’ve got a good feeling that there is some fascinating stuff coming across the board and we’re psyched to see the writers just into it completely.
Below, CarterMatt has the official A Million Little Things episode 8 synopsis with some more information when it comes to what lies ahead:
Recurring nightmares force Maggie to face a life-altering trauma from her past, while in real life, the group finally discovers that her cancer is back. Gary seeks help from an unexpected someone in order to make one final attempt at convincing Maggie to get treatment, but everything comes to a head at Regina and Delilah’s first tasting party at the new restaurant, leaving this circle of friends to wonder if things will ever be the same.
The good news is that A Million Little Things does already have a full-season pickup. Basically, that means that no matter what transpires over the next few weeks, there could be a chance for the show to have a fitting conclusion. Of course, that in turn depends on whether or not the writers decide to tie together most loose ends leading into a potential season 2.
