Survivor: David vs. Goliath episode 6 preview: Is an epic blindside coming?

Survivor: David vs. Goliath

What lies ahead on Survivor: David vs. Goliath episode 6, and is it possible that huge blindside is right around the corner?

Based on the preview that we got at the end of tonight’s episode, it does seem possible given that Alison already does seem interested in going ahead and making a move on Dan at the Tiva tribe. She seems to understand that he is this sort of super-charismatic golden-boy player who is extremely successful at what he does in the game. She also likely knows, thanks to Jeremy, that he probably has at least one idol (when he really has two). What more incentive do you really need other than this to make a move now? If you know you’re not going to work with someone long-term, it’s better to cut them before they become a problem that eventually ends up hurting you down the line.

As for some of what else we could see coming up, it does seem as though Mike is already contemplating getting rid of Angelina — something that could actually be a better move for him than getting rid of Natalie. She’s a better player in the long-term and she’s already got a good ally in Kara on another tribe. Natalie didn’t really have anyone. The big mistake, of course, that Mike could be making here is assuming that Nick has no other close allies when in reality, he’s got another good bond with Christian that also includes an alliance name. He’s got his hands in a lot of different cookie jars and that could eventually be problematic … but that’s obvious a problem for down the road given that, at least for now, he isn’t really running into any problems at all.
