Could Fuller House season 4 really be final season?

Fuller House

Is Fuller House actually canceled? Nothing is altogether certain on that at the moment; yet, there are things to be aware of.

According to a new report from TVLine, Netflix is seriously consider whether or not to end the sitcom after four seasons on the air. Why in the world would they do that? There are no specific reasons for that, and the timing of this news is somewhat of a shock since it was only years ago when journalists were talking about how Fuller House could be one of the network’s most-popular shows.

Basically, the thing with Netflix is that they don’t release information for any of their series; with that in mind, there are always going to be questions about how many people really watch a show like this. We just believe personally that there could be enough story left in the tank for at least one more season, especially since there are presumably so many more boxes that are left off to check. Beyond that, we also don’t think that season 4 ended with the thought that it could be the end. Having a fifth and final season, even if it only lasted for ten episodes, would be enough to make us happy.

(Fun thought: Could having an announced final season convince Mary-Kate or Ashley Olson to actually come on board in some capacity? Probably not, but it’s now or never at that point and you have to ask.)

There were some behind-the-scenes changes already going into season 4 of Fuller House, as original series creator Jeff Franklin was let go. Meanwhile, he was replaced with Steve Baldikoski and Bryan Behar. These two have been a part of the series since the beginning, and have embraced the role with as much vigor and enthusiasm as you could have hoped for.

The fourth season premiere of Fuller House is slated to premiere at some point later this year.
