There’s even more fun, Outlander–related stuff coming out of the show’s season 4 appearance at New York Comic-Con this weekend!
In a new video below (via E! News), you can see Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, Sophie Skelton, and Richard Rankin discuss a wide array of fun American traditions and other fun stuff, including why Caitriona doesn’t understand the appeal of peanut butter and Sam’s thoughts on cranberry sauce. You also learn in here that Richard is quite the fan of marshmallow fluff, though he doesn’t understand why Americans are so obsessed with butter on their popcorn.
Basically, this entire video is fun commentary on American food traditions from people who aren’t American, but have been here often enough to have a wide array of feelings about it. It’s a nice bit of fun from the convention, which has of course brought us many a fun thing already over the past several days.

Just in case you do want to check out another great Outlander-related video while you are here, Starz also posted their own highlight video from NYCC yesterday. This does also contain some headlines from American Gods, but there are a number of Outlander clips in here as well. While these are far from the only shows that Starz is promoting at the moment, they are the two that best suit this particular audience.
Remember that season 4, as noted in the graphic above, is going to be premiering on November 4. We certainly do imagine that there’s going to be many more events featuring the cast in the near future, even beyond the already-announced screening that is coming in Savannah. Starz does like to big with their Outlander promotion much of the time.
