MacGyver season 3 episode 5 spoilers: The Dia de Muertos episode

For those of you who want to see a MacGyver take on Dia de Muertos, we’re going to be getting that in the near future. There were a number of photos out there from when this episode was filming, and they were showing Justin Hires in front of a number of Halloween decorations. As it turns out, he is going to be working with Riley in order to use this holiday for the sake of this mission.

This episode should be action-packed, and to go along with it, it’s also going to be fun — really, a perfect combination for stories at this particular time of year. Take a look at the MacGyver season 3 episode 5 synopsis below for a little more information:

“Dia de Muertos + Sicarios + Family” – When Oversight’s attempt to capture a drug cartel’s leader goes bad, MacGyver and Jack rush to Mexico to pull their boss out while racing through the heart of the country during Dia de Muertos celebrations. Also, Bozer and Riley use Halloween as a distraction to gather intel on a man accused of treason, on MACGYVER, Friday, Oct. 26 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

This synopsis proves that we’re going to be seeing big stories for at least four of our central characters — it’d certainly be nice in order to see a big story for Matty at some point soon, though we don’t have any confirmation that this is happening in the near future just yet. We just think that over this fall, we should at least get a big spotlight for every single person on the team.

While you enjoy this episode, do keep your eyes on the prize and remember some of what is coming down the road. Murdoc is still out there, and we do have to assume that there is a showdown coming at some point.
