Following tonight’s episode, do you want to know what’s going to transpire on 911 season 2 episode 5 in a single week’s time?
Well, at the center of this particular hour is going to be Maddie starting to get more of an understanding as to precisely what it’s really like being out in Los Angeles. Athena decides to give her a tour, of course in the most signature, familiar way that she knows how: A ride-along. You’re going to see the two of them getting a taste of the locale and a wide array of twists and turns along the way. Given that this is 911, it’s not the sort of show where most of the action is going to move in a straight line at all.
Below, the 911 season 2 episode 5 synopsis offered up a little bit more information when it comes to some of what’s ahead:
Wanting to see the faces behind the 9-1-1 calls, Maddie goes on a ride-along with Athena, while dealing with a seemingly “perfect” dispatcher back at the call center. Meanwhile, Hen must figure out how to save her family from permanently falling apart, and the first responders deal with emergencies both at a military funeral and a movie theater in the all-new “Awful People” episode of 9-1-1 airing Monday, Oct. 15 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (NIN-203) (TV-14 D, L, V)
Obviously, the promotional material is currently hyping up what’s happening with Maddie and Athena, but at the same exact time, we certainly do think that there is some interesting stuff elsewhere; take, for example, what transpires here with Hen. It’s a chance to get to know her better and that is absolutely something we welcome. Basically, the more we can get of any of these characters in this ensemble, the better off we’re going to be.
Of course, then there’s the emergencies and the synopsis really speaks for itself in that case. There’s only so much that really needs to be teased there.
