Outlander season 4 video: Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, cast share on-set necessities
Yesterday, we posted a story that was all about cast members Sophie Skelton and Richard Rankin taking on tweets from many fans. This time around, we have a new video featuring Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, and some other cast members congregating and sharing some of the things that they absolutely need to have on set. For these two in particular, their favorites include (of course) coffee, and you can see some other cast members including Cesar Domboy and Ed Speleers agree with them. (Apparently, Speleers is also very much a fan of green tea at the same time.)

As for some other suggestions that we hear from some of the cast here, think along the lines of a warm coat, a good wi-fi connection, a great crew, and also their phones. After all, you do need to do something in order to pass the time during the breaks between filming. This does make a good bit of sense, given mostly that in the world of television, you often tend to alternate between doing a lot of work in a short period of time and then having long breaks while new scenes are being set up. It’s an interesting experience being on set!
Perhaps the most important thing about being on-set, even more so than any physical object, is the fact that the entire cast and crew all seem to really like each other and get along. There is a good, very-natural rapport that exists between everyone, and that enables them to have some fun — even if this is a serious show that does at times have to take on some really serious material.
Outlander season 4 is going to premiere on Starz come Sunday, November 4.
