Mayans MC episode 5 preview: Will a new deal bring peace?
At the moment, we’re not sure that the tension around the Galindo cartel has ever been worse. After all, Emily nearly got herself trampled at the end of tonight’s episode, and that could be enough for her to eventually find herself flipping to a different side. That’s certainly something the DEA wants, really to the point where they are willing to dangle it over Felipe’s head in order to make sure that his son does what they want. While we cannot say for sure that EZ will get close to his former love and try to distance her from the Galindo cartel, it’s certainly something worth consideration.
The Mayans MC episode 5 synopsis doesn’t offer up some more information when it comes to what lies ahead:
A new deal requires a dangerous favor in Santa Madre.
Yep. That’s all they are giving us, but how much more do you really need? This is a show that likes to preserve a certain element of surprise, but really the thing that you need to know is that there are a number of different factions at play here and we have to wonder just where all of it is going to lead.
While EZ may not be the most powerful people within the community, it’s starting to become clear why he is so important: He finds himself at the center of a lot of different people and, in the end, his actions may be the ones that start to cause everything to tear everything apart from within. There is a good bit of story to tell this season, though, and with that, we could see things sway in a number of different directions.
