Fuller House season 4 filming officially wraps; now, the wait begins
For everyone out there excited for Fuller House season 4 to arrive, there is now another reason to be!
Late Friday, filming officially wrapped on the latest batch of 13 episodes, and you can get a goose sense now of some of what the cast and crew are having to say about it.
First and foremost, take a look at the post on Twitter below via co-showrunner Bryan Behar, who thanks the cast and crew for all of their hard work, and for giving their all to a first-time showrunner who was eager to deliver the best season possible. Beyond just that, you can also see another reaction via cast member Andrea Barber, who plays Kimmy Gibbler on the series.
So where do things go from here? Well, the simple answer is that everyone is prepared to wait for a good while. There is no official premiere date just yet, but we feel like one will probably be announced over the next month and a half. The assumption that we have always made is that we will get a chance to see the series on Netflix around the holidays, given that 1) there was a holiday episode produced and 2) we doubt that Netflix wants to wait longer than a full year between seasons. It benefits them greatly to get another batch out there sooner than later that so they can start to build a little bit of anticipation.
As for the chances of a season 5 beyond what lies ahead, the only thing that we can say on that particular subject is that there’s a pretty good chance of it happening. We feel like the folks over at Netflix are going to want to keep this going, given that it is one of the most-successful series that they’ve got.
