Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Scottie starts campaigning (day 78, morning)

Late last night in the Big Brother 20 house, we started to see some of the first signs of life for Scottie as a player — at least in terms of his interest in actually sticking around. He did a little bit of campaigning to Tyler, and while it remains to be seen as to whether or not it is altogether effective, we at least give him some credit for putting himself out there and giving this a try.

Basically, it seems as though Scottie’s arguments are at this point geared mostly around the jury, and also Scottie running his mouth. For example, he made it clear that Rockstar strongly disliked Tyler, Angela, and Brett, and with that in mind it makes even more sense to get rid of someone who she’d easily vote for at the end in Haleigh … and also someone she’d probably like to hang out with at the jury now. He did a good job of painting the jury as a group full of Haleigh supporters.

Also, Scottie also made sure to emphasize some of Haleigh’s past comments, including her suspicions that Tyler, Brett, Angela, and Kaycee are all working together. She’s a more aware player than he is and there could be some danger that goes along with that.

We’ve said for a while that Haleigh is the bigger long-term threat than Scottie, and we’re a little bit surprised that Tyler isn’t seeing this in the way that he should. There is a part of us that wants to believe on some level that Tyler is waiting until tonight and will try to flip the vote, but there is no real evidence that we have of that happening. Scottie is a perceived threat because of his competition prowess, and while it seems like he actually wants to work Tyler, convincing him of that is a challenge.
