Outlander season 4: More New York Comic-Con panel details, start time
Below, you can see more official details about the panel on Saturday, October 6 at 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. It’s taking place at the Hulu Theater and Madison Square Garden, and it is going to feature executive producer Ronald D. Moore and Maril Davis alongside cast members Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Richard Rankin, and Sophie Skelton. It’s a bit of a pleasant surprise to see Moore in attendance, given how under-the-radar that he has been when it comes to Outlander since the end of season 3. Matthew B. Roberts, Maril Davis, and Toni Graphia have become more of the public faces for the series behind the scenes.
We know that there has been a lot of talk about conventions as of late through the lens of many cancellations that have happened, and it’s subject we even discussed in a recent Outlander video that we have for you below (be sure to subscribe for a new Outlander video every Sunday and check out our show playlist.) Yet, there’s potentially a little bit less to be concerned about here. Because this convention is promoted in part by Starz, the odds are significantly higher that everyone is going to be in attendance for it — though emergencies and changes can still happen.
As for what is going to be featured in this panel, we do hope that there will be at least some sort of sneak peek or behind-the-scenes featurette to get everyone even more excited. While it’d be awesome if the attendees of the panel had a chance to watch the full premiere, that’s not something to bank on — it’s kind of a rarity for returning shows at major conventions to do it, even if fans in San Diego had an opportunity to see the full premiere episode last year. The best expectation for this panel is just that it’s going to be a fun opportunity to see your favorite actors all collectively in the same place.
