Good Behavior season 3 still in contention … in some form

We’ve been waiting for news on a Good Behavior season 3 for a rather-long time and still, it looks like we’re going to have to wait a little bit longer.

According to a new report from TVLine, the future of the Michelle Dockery series on TNT is still in flux, even though it’s been well over half a year now since the second season concluded. While we knew that there were a lot of business-related reasons for the delay for a while, at this point it’s really frustrating to not know, one way or another, whether the show is coming back. The longer that the delay goes on, the harder it becomes to bring the show back. Eventually the cast and crew will be super-busy doing other things and beyond that, it becomes even harder to get people to come back to watch the show again — especially some of the people who watched it casually and were not necessarily diehard fans.

If we had it our way, we would probably give Good Behavior a ten-episode final season and ample time to wrap up the story — but, we also recognize that we’re not having to spend millions of dollars to bring back a show that didn’t have the best viewership. We just want there to be something resembling closure here, whether it be ten episodes, six episodes, or even a movie. Anything is better than what we’ve got right now, which is basically nothing at all and no clear sign that anything is going to change moving in the immediate future.

We just contend this: Good Behavior was a show that deserved so much more than it’s gotten, both in terms of ratings and attention. It was fun, intelligent, and well-acted for the two seasons that it was on the air.

The moment that we’ve got some more news when it comes to the series, we’re of course have it for you here.
