Poldark video: Aidan Turner, cast talk getaways after season 4

Poldark season 4

At least for viewers in the United Kingdom, Poldark season 4 is over — sad as it is to say. We’ve went on a great journey with everyone, but we are now at the end of the road and after to prepare for what lies ahead.

Of course, prior to the start of filming for the fifth season, we’re assuming that all of the cast is trying to get a little bit of a break in somewhere — maybe that is the impetus for the new video below via the show’s official Facebook, where Aidan Turner and the remainder of the cast do their part in order to answer one question: If they could get away somewhere with one of their characters, where would they go?

Turner humorously answers Ireland — though he also notes that Ross probably wouldn’t come back. Meanwhile, Jack Farthing makes it clear that under no circumstances would he go anywhere with George, which is probably a wise decision given that he seems to be the sort of guy who would spoil just about any trip. Christian Brassington suggests that he would bring Ossie somewhere that he could remedy a wide array of his problems, whereas Ellise Chappell (Morwenna) simply suggests a place that is completely different than Cornwall.

Alas, we don’t think that the Poldark team is going to be moving out of Cornwall at any point in the near future — though that may also be good for some of us who find the series to be all sorts of beautiful as it is. Season 5 of the series is going to be premiering in the UK presumably at some point in 2019; meanwhile, for viewers in America season 4 is going to be premiering this fall. You can read a little bit more news about that over at the link here; we certainly anticipate that in the months to come, we are going to have even more scoop when it comes to the series.

As we conclude this article, let’s pose the following question to you: If you could go somewhere with a Poldark character, where would you go? Share right now in the attached comments!
