NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 filming officially underway
Your confirmation comes via the photo from Rick Tunell below, which of course doesn’t give all that much away … which you really shouldn’t be surprised about. Out of all of the shows that are out there, we feel like NCIS: Los Angeles has one of the biggest production challenges ahead. They’ve gotta figure out a way to try and film while also still masking the end result of their season 9 cliffhanger, which left Deeks, Kensi, Sam, and Callen in severe danger. We’re going to be as mindful about spoilers as humanly possible coming up.
Regardless of what happens with the cliffhanger, though, it does feel like there are a few different things that we can count on when it comes to the future of the series. For starters, it feels like a sure thing that we’re going to be getting a number of exciting cases in the weeks to come, ones that are action-oriented and push some of these agents. It doesn’t matter that the survivors almost died in the finale; life doesn’t really stop when you’ve got this sort of job. Instead, it comes at you fast and hard and continues to come up with some different ways to challenge you.
Beyond that, we at least know that we’re getting more Hetty! That’s something that Linda Hunt confirmed after her scary car accident earlier this summer; she was not in jeopardy at the conclusion of season 9, but in between her capture for most of last season and what happened in the finale, this show has put us almost in a near-constant state of freaking out over one character or another. It definitely doesn’t seem like that is stopping anytime soon, either.
