FROM season 4 episode 10 (finale): Is Tabitha now a monster?

We went into the FROM season 4 finale absolutely expecting that there would be some shockers and potential deaths. Is it official that we got that in a wide array of forms?

Well, first and foremost, let’s just start by noting the character who is almost certainly gone here: Marielle. She was killed by Smiley, and was trying to protect Fatima all the while. Her death was devastating given that there are not a lot of remaining love stories in this town. She and Kristy have had their issues as of late, but they loved each other and that much was clear.

Meanwhile, things get a bit more mysterious when it comes to Elgin. You can argue that his death is confirmed at the hands of Sophia / the Man in Yellow — and when it comes to his soul, he is probably gone for good. However, we would not fault anyone who thinks there is still a chance we see the character turn up under her control. The Man in Yellow can only take over people who are dead and if Elgin is truly gone, what better way to hide amongst everyone else? This is provided, of course, that she no longer sees as much of a use for the Sophia avatar, or is concerned that someone else could uncover the truth.

Now, e finally turn to Fatima, who adopted more of a true monster form at the conclusion of the episode to buy some of the others time. Does she mean that she is officially one of them? Maybe, but the rules are still unclear. Can she no longer live above ground? Does she still have control of her mind? We tend to think updates are coming and for now, we’re not willing to rule a return for her out at all.
