Criminal Minds season 14 filming another step closer to kicking off
In a new post on Twitter on this very subject, executive producer Harry Bring noted that today was the first technical location scouting trip of the season — which probably isn’t ideal insofar as timing goes. For much of us in the Los Angeles area today is one of the hottest days on record, with temperatures in many places reaching well over 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Apparently, it was a face-melting 114 at wherever Bring was earlier today.
For those wanting an additional clue as to what he was up to, he did post an image of what seems to be a fairly secluded barn / stable area … one that could prove to be a setting for some super-creepy stuff when the new season premieres. One other reason to be excited about the premiere episode this fall is that it’s also going to mark the 300th episode, which is an incredible milestone in order to start a season off on. With this in mind, the writers now have a chance of both resolving the events from the finale (remember the big cliffhanger with Reid and Garcia?) and then also delivering an epic premiere that offers up some shocking surprises and all sorts of stuff worthy of excitement.
We do want to do everything that we can in order to build up the hype for the Criminal Minds season 14 premiere, and really the rest of the season, early for one reason: We want there to be a season 15! Beyond that, we do want to just see the 300th episode make a big splash because the cast and crew really deserve it after all of the work that they have put in over the years.
