Want to get the Yellowstone episode 4 return date after Wednesday night’s new episode? We’ve got that news for you within.
Unfortunately, it is also news of the rather-unfortunate variety. After getting three episodes of the Kevin Costner series within the span of just two weeks, we are not embarking on a hiatus that is going to last until Wednesday, July 11. When you look at the schedule, that does make a certain degree of sense — after all, does anyone at the Paramount Network want to find themselves in a position where the ratings go down because of the show airing on a holiday?
The biggest surprise that we have at the moment is simply this: That the network decided to premiere Yellowstone just a matter of weeks before July 4, knowing full well that it would not be on the air then. It’s a very dangerous thing to take a new series off the air that early into its run, largely because you are running into a major risk that viewers at home are not on board with the show enough to remember to watch a couple of weeks later. With Yellowstone, the good news is that it is off to a great start; with that in mind, there’s at least some hope that it will be able to continue that … though there are no guarantees. We just think that if Costner and company keep up the performance that they’ve posted to date, there is a good chance that it will be around for some time still.
The bad news, at least at the moment, is simply this: There aren’t too many other details when it comes to the next Yellowstone on the air for the time being.
