NCIS: Los Angeles season 10: What’s happening behind the scenes?

NCIS: Los Angeles

There hasn’t been a whole lot of news over the summer in regards to NCIS: Los Angeles season 10, but rest assured, much of that is now changing.

It the Twitter post that CarterMatt has for you below (via unit production manager Rick Tunell) you can see some evidence that the show is already starting to set things up behind the scenes to make the best season possible. There are writers at work and, of course, pre-production being done to ensure that filming is ready to rock and roll long before it actually happens. That’s essential with a series like this, one that spends a good bit of time every episode out in Los Angeles at some real-world locales.

When NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 does premiere, it’s going to be rather obvious that there are some important matters to address. Namely, we are speaking here about what happens next when it comes to Sam, Callen, Kensi, and Deeks. Their lives are all on the line due to the cliffhanger at the end of season 9, and it remains to be seen how many of them make it out of there alive.

There are also questions about the future of Hidoko and even, to a certain extent, Shay Mosley. While she doesn’t appear to be in huge danger right now, we do still wonder how she can continue to get along with the rest of the team in the aftermath of what’s happened with the rescue mission involving her son. This is an intense show stuffed full of many intense twists, and we imagine that there’s going to be so much more drama coming beyond just the premiere episode.

NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 is hopefully going to premiere in late September / early October, but in the mean time we are going to continue to bring you scoop on the show all summer long.
