Cloak & Dagger episode 5 preview: Differing strategies

Want to get a little more news regarding Cloak & Dagger episode 5? Let’s just say that in the aftermath of Tandy and Tyrone’s recent conversation, they are going to have very different plans when it comes to their immediate future. After Tandy’s attempt to throw herself off of the pier, she’s now finding a new sense of purpose and resolve for herself. That means that she’s going so much harder in her quest to figure out what actually happened to her family. Not only that, but she’s not afraid to use her powers here and there if need be.

Meanwhile, for Tyrone he’s taking a completely different approach to the near future, one where he has realized that nothing good is coming at the moment from everything that’s happened with Tandy and with that, he’s not altogether intent on continuing along a dangerous path. He’s going to find some different ways instead to try to move forward and return to what his old life was. That’s great for him and we certainly applaud him for trying to put forth the effort. Unfortunately, we don’t think that this is going to be anywhere near as easy for him as he probably hopes that it would be.

Below, the Cloak & Dagger episode 5 synopsis offers up a little bit more news regarding what’s coming up:

Tandy is consumed with getting answers about the Roxxon cover up. To get the answers she is looking for, Tandy tests out her power to gain new insights. Tyrone, on the other hand, is focusing on being a normal kid as the basketball state finals approach. With so much weighing on him lately, can he truly push everything to the side and win the big game for Billy? Meanwhile, Det. O’Reilly looks into the city’s drug problems to get some answers of her own.

Ultimately, we’re worried about Tyrone after reading this synopsis just because it feels as though he is living within a state of relative disillusionment. He doesn’t really know all that much about what could be coming for him … but we’re pretty darn sure that there is still some dangerous stuff around every corner.
