Welcome to our Big Brother 20 houseguest spotlight series! In these articles, CarterMatt will be giving you a first look at all of the contestants taking part in this epic season premiering on Wednesday, June 27 on CBS. We are here to share with you some basic information, alongside some fun facts and early assessments of all the houseguests as players.

In this spotlight we’re talking about Chris “Swaggy C” Williams, who makes us immediately nervous for two reasons. First, giving himself a nickname. Also, giving himself a nickname that seems to be a reference to Nick “Swaggy P” Young. If you’re going to model yourself after an NBA player, aren’t there about 200 or so that are better inspirations out there? Chris does mention his love for basketball frequently and we will be refrain from referring to him as Swaggy C unless doing so ironically.

Houseguest comparison – How about Hayden Moss and Enzo from season 12 rolled into one? He’s got the shtick of Enzo while also having the athleticism / analytical skills of Hayden. The guy works as a day trader, so he’s pretty analytical and understands numbers and data probably more than he’ll let on in the house.

Have they seen the show before? – He absolutely has — though we question his proclamation that Paul is a top 5 player of all time. He also thinks that Paul is a better player than Hayden, Andy Herren, or Ian Terry and there’s no way we get behind any of that.

Fun facts – He has a photographic memory, he loves to read books, and this guy really seems to understand both the history of the game and the value of keeping track of the finest detail. He also loves to apparently entertain people on Snapchat, so he’s probably going to be one of those guys who tries to entertain on the live feeds (which we do appreciate).

Early assessment – We hate the nickname, but otherwise there’s actually a chance Chris can win this entire game. He’s really smart, and he’s going to be aided significantly by the fact that he’s going to be able to hide that by talking about basketball, working out, or other things he’s into. This season has a lot of people who don’t seem to know the game that well and he can benefit from that.
