What are some of the best America’s Got Talent viral acts from this past week of shows? We’re back with another edition of our ongoing series here today and it is certainly fair to say that there are a few different contestants who have gotten the attention of multiple channels of social media. We’re not willing to say just yet that the eventual winner is coming from this show, but there are some possible contenders. (Full disclosure: We’re not sure we’ve met the likely winner to this season just yet.)
Here are the three acts that are catching our eye from this past episode, at least in terms of social-media traffic to date.
Michael Ketterer – It only makes sense that he be included on this list, largely due to the fact that he is Simon Cowell’s Golden Buzzer. He’s also had his audition viewed more than 37 million times on Facebook and a couple million more on YouTube. He’s not getting the traction, though, of other Golden Buzzer recipients, so we’re not viewing this just yet as a sign he’s destined for the finals.
Mochi – He’s got a few million views right now between the two channels, making him the second-most popular act from this show (at least in terms of acts who weren’t teased before the show). Mochi has the most upside in terms of being a possible sleeper for the live shows, mostly in that his work is super-visual and depending on what he creates, he could up end dazzling for a long time in the way that some other effects-driven dancers have.
Fratelli Rossi – They’ve also generated millions of views, and while they also had their act teased before the show, it was only a partial sample of it via a TV Guide video. Their talent is amazing, but for now, they need to work on being defined beyond just the accident that happened in the middle of the act. That was at the center of some of their promotion.
Which one of these acts do you think is the most likely to win America’s Got Talent, or do you think that any of them are? Be sure to share right now in the comments!
