The Flash season 4 episode 19 spoilers: Wentworth Miller returns
Given that we assumed that Miller was done with the Arrow-verse after his appearances on Legends of Tomorrow, we consider this upcoming spot from him a special gift we’ll cherish — even if he never turns up again down the road. We do think that some of the talk about him “leaving” the Arrow-verse is somewhat overblown, especially since he said at a convention that he’d be happy to come back down the road, but just had no plans as of yet.

When Barry needs help transporting a dangerous meta, he calls on a new friend for help – Leo Snart; Cisco becomes suspicious of Harry.
Does this episode sound a little similar to the last appearance of Leonard Snart on The Flash, where he helped Barry take on King Shark after Barry brought him forward in time? It certainly does, but we don’t really have that much of a problem with that. For starters, Leo and Leonard are very different characters; plus, we’re always thrilled to see Miller.
As for the other main story at the heart of this episode, it’s pretty easy to be excited about whatever is coming up with Harry. There is obviously a very-clear danger that something could happen to cause Wells (in the aftermath of the whole Thinking Cap incident) to suddenly become a little bit more like The Thinker. However, we almost feel like that is a little too simplistic a way in which to look at this and reality is probably going to be a tad more complicated.
