Chicago Med season 3 episode 15 preview: Can Will, Natalie recover?

Dr. Manning's son

Chicago Med season 3 episode 15 is airing on NBC in one week’s time and, based on some of the information we know at present, it’s a big one for Will and Natalie. When you think about it, these are two characters who are at a pivotal point in their relationship — either things or going to get better and they’ll start to work through some of their problems, or they are going to fall apart amidst the strain of their relationship spilling over into their working relationship. Tonight, we saw Will’s judgment be impacted in a big way as he tried to cover for what he thought was one of her mistakes. Yet, when it turned out not to be a mistake and instead he was stuck in a position where he had a hard time being able to give her the credit she deserved. He certainly wanted to, but it would just look odd at that point to everyone else at the hospital.

These two characters are going to have to figure out more of their working parameters and soon — if they don’t, this is a relationship that may not be able to survive the rest of the season.

The Chicago Med season 3 episode 15 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below offers up some additional insight as to what to expect:

04/10/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : Dr. Charles and Dr. Reese search for answers when a mother brings in her daughter claiming she is possessed. Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Bekker are tasked with finding a way to save a pair of conjoined twins. Dr. Halstead struggles to get Dr. Manning’s attention. Maggie measures her options in the wake of her recent actions.

There are a few different notable stories worth mentioning from this synopsis, starting with the one for Maggie given that she is going to be struggling in the aftermath of her suspension. Where does she go from here and what does she do? Both are great questions but for now, we’re mostly just grateful that she is going to be getting a meaty story after being placed in the background more than we would like.

Meanwhile, the storyline with the conjoined twins is one that we’ve heard about on a number of different occasions already — we knew that this could be coming and Connor / Ava are going to need to be on their A-game if they want to be able to properly pull this off. Finally, we’ve got possible demon possession with Dr. Charles and Dr. Reese … which we are assuming is not actual demon possession, but that would be interesting too, since you could probably call in either John Constantine or the Winchester Brothers from Supernatural in order to help. (Alas, Chicago Med is not airing on The CW and its crossovers have a Dick Wolf connection.)
